The MRT, 150 m from your lobby
Lakeside MRT is about 150 m from the lobby, under cover the whole way. Jurong East is two stops, and the Cross Island Line's Jurong Lake District station is due in 2032. You can live here without a car.
A supermarket and 8 shops under your block
A supermarket, four shops and four restaurants on your own ground floor. Come off the train, pick up dinner, take the lift home, without stepping outside. URA wrote the shops into the land's zoning before CDL bought it, so they can't be dropped later.

Land $405 psf below the new record
CDL paid $1,132 a square foot for this land in June 2025, beating five other developers. This September, a site in Upper Changi drew a $1,537 bid, the most anyone has ever offered for suburban land. Whoever builds there has to pass that on: about $400,000 more on a 1,000 sq ft unit, in land alone. You don't pay it here.

- Are the prices out?
- Yes. CDL released them on booking day, 3 October. I'll send you the list with the units still available.
- Can I still buy?
- Yes. Booking day went in ballot order, and the units the queue didn't take are on sale now. I'll tell you what's left and which of those I'd pick.
- Is the train line noisy?
- The East-West Line runs above ground to the north, with Boon Lay Way and a planted strip in between, and the northern blocks sit about 35 m back from their boundary. Which side you face matters, and I'll go through it with you before you choose.
- When do I get the keys?
- Around December 2031, on the developer's current estimate.
- Do I pay a commission?
- No. On a new launch the developer pays the agent.
